The name Suutje originates from the ›Niederdeutschen Sprache‹, a language spoken mainly in northern Germany. It means to take life easy and relaxed. The design concept is based on a combination between tradition and modernity by combining old porcelain with an onion pattern decoration and reducing typography down to its essentials.
